I specialize in Revenue Operations and HubSpot CRM architecture for B2B SaaS companies. Over the past 5+ years, I've built lead scoring frameworks, customer journey automation, attribution systems, and data governance processes that turn scattered operations into a scalable infrastructure.
I'm an automation and systems thinker at heart. I love finding ways to automate repetitive work so people can focus on the stuff that actually matters—building relationships, solving hard problems, creating value, and contributing to business growth.
I started my career in marketing operations focused on lead automation. As I expanded into sales operations, customer success operations, and revenue operations, I began to architect systems that span the entire customer lifecycle and revenue engine.
Outside of work, I'm big into fitness, mainly lifting and running. I'm currently training for marathons (yes, I have systems for that too). Movies are my go-to rest activity, and I try to see as many in theaters as possible thanks to AMC A-List. If you have any recommendations, send them my way.
